PxD is partnering with Ethiopia’s Agricultural Transformation Agency to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of their existing voice-based service, as well as making suggestions for improvement and customization potential. Ethiopia’s mobile advisory service, which has received more than 19 million calls from over 2.5 million farmers, represents the first in Africa to be maintained by a government entity at such a large scale.
