We prefer applicants, especially for research and programmatic roles, who are willing to work in one of our countries of operation (e.g., India or Kenya). However, we also have staff working from locations outside these areas. While we value our strong remote culture, we believe there are significant benefits to being co-located with colleagues for enhanced collaboration.

In certain cases, we may be able to sponsor visas for individuals who wish to work in one of our countries of operation but do not currently have the legal right to do so.
