Expressions of Interest

If you’re interested in joining the Precision Development team but don’t see a role that aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) based on one of the general job descriptions below.

We review EOIs on a rolling basis. If we identify a potential match, we will contact candidates who meet the selection criteria when a relevant position becomes available.

  • As we continue to grow, we often have recurring hiring needs for specific roles. To streamline our recruitment process, we invite “expressions of interest” for positions we anticipate hiring for, even if we’re not actively conducting a full recruitment campaign.

    We assess EOIs on a rolling basis and will contact you if we find a potential match when a relevant position opens. Please note that we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding EOIs.
  • Our recruitment process generally follows these steps:
    • Submit your expression of interest (EOI)
    • Initial screening of EOIs, conducted on a rolling basis
    • If there’s a potential match, and when there is a job opening, we will invite you to an initial screening call and/or request a relevant work test
    • Remote interview(s)
    • Reference checks
    • Employment offer

  • At PxD, we believe our team is our greatest asset. To support this, we encourage all staff to invest in professional development and provide an annual allowance for development activities.

    These activities can vary from formal educational opportunities like instructor-led training courses, workshops, or seminars to informal approaches such as on-the-job learning or mentoring. Additionally, we support self-directed learning through e-learning courses or structured reading.

  • We prefer applicants, especially for research and programmatic roles, who are willing to work in one of our countries of operation (e.g., India or Kenya). However, we also have staff working from locations outside these areas. While we value our strong remote culture, we believe there are significant benefits to being co-located with colleagues for enhanced collaboration.
  • In certain cases, we may be able to sponsor visas for individuals who wish to work in one of our countries of operation but do not currently have the legal right to do so.
  • We will retain your information for up to six months. If a suitable opportunity arises, we will contact you. You have the right to access our information about you and understand how and why it’s being used. Your personal data will only be used for recruitment purposes.
