Samuel Mulugeta

Samuel Mulugeta is PxD’s Product Manager in Ethiopia. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Unity University in Ethiopia. Prior to joining PxD, he worked with GIZ as a Digital Partner. He has also worked with the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission as a Senior Digital Expert, TotalEnergies as a Digital Expert, and Ethio Engineering & Mega Book Publishing and Distribution as an ICT Expert. He has extensive expertise in digitization, ICT, software development, and digital roadmap design.
