Andrew Bredenkamp is a leading expert in AI and language technology with over 25 years of experience as a tech entrepreneur. He is the founder and former CEO of Acrolinx, an AI-powered content governance platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Amazon. Beyond commercial success, Andrew has been a longstanding advocate for language equity and digital inclusion. He co-founded CLEAR Global (formerly Translators without Borders) and has championed the use of AI for social impact, particularly across Africa and South Asia.

Since stepping away from Acrolinx in 2019, Andrew has dedicated his work to AI for Good, impact investing, and advising early-stage ventures and nonprofits on responsible technology and ethical innovation. Holding a PhD in Language AI, he combines deep technical expertise with startup leadership and a strong commitment to the Global South—positioning him as a key voice at the intersection of technology, inclusion, and equitable innovation.
