Profile
Frank Odhiambo is a Researcher at PxD. He holds a PhD in Development Economics at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. His work has focused on technology adoption in poorly resourced settings, human capital and labor market outcomes with a focus on sub-Saharan Africa. He has, prior to his doctoral studies, worked for Innovations for Poverty Action as Research and Policy Manager supporting over 10 field experiments on public finance, sanitation, women empowerment and youth employment; and for Concern Worldwide as Project Officer on a study on slow onset emergencies in informal settlements in Kenya.
