Tom Wagstaff

Tom Wagstaff is PxD’s Senior Manager, Data Science. He has 20 years of experience in a career spanning international development, tech and UK social policy with organisations such as the Health Foundation, Crisis, DFID and the government of Mozambique as an ODI Fellow. Prior to joining PxD he worked as Principal Data Scientist at Oxford Policy Management, spearheading the use of large language models, machine learning and digital reporting systems for clients including FCDO and the UN. He holds a Master’s in Development Economics from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
