Abraham Ngowi is a Program Manager at PxD. He currently manages the Project Management Unit (PMU) in Ethiopia which is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Digital Agriculture Roadmap (DAR) through the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). Before joining PxD, Abraham worked at Oxford Policy Management (OPM) as an Impact Evaluation consultant in the Quantitative Measurement and Impact Evaluation (QMIE) team where he was responsible for applying quantitative methods to evaluations aimed at measuring the causal impact of development projects using Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) and other quasi-experimental methods. Prior to OPM, Abraham also worked as a program operations specialist at One Acre Fund Tanzania an international organization dedicated to agricultural reform through the adoption of smart agriculture. Abraham holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Dar Es Salaam Tanzania.
