Ben Wekesa

Ben Wekesa is a Research Manager at Precision Development (PxD) Kenya, where he leads the design and implementation of rigorous, evidence-based research to strengthen PxD’s programs and partnerships. His work spans research design, data management, IRB compliance, budgeting, and mentorship of research staff, alongside translating evidence into actionable program improvements. He brings 15 years of progressive research management experience, having advanced from Field Assistant to Research Manager and Senior Management Team member at IPA Kenya. He has led randomized controlled trials and large-scale surveys across agriculture, health, trade, and digital inclusion in Kenya, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and Mozambique. He holds a BA in Finance and is pursuing an MA in Economics.
