Caresse Brown

Caresse Brown is a Senior Grants and Partnerships Associate at Precision Development (PxD), with experience across fundraising, partnerships and research in the social impact and development sectors. At PxD, she works across the grants lifecycle, supporting funder research, proposal development, grant management, reporting and fundraising coordination, as well as the systems and processes that support the organisation’s partnerships and funding pipeline. Previously, she worked at Good Business Lab, supporting resource mobilisation and partnerships for research on worker wellbeing, gender and inclusion, and the future of work. She studied Politics and Sociology at the University of Glasgow and is interested in how evidence-based philanthropy and cross-sector collaboration can support more inclusive economic development.
