He holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Studies from the Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from Capacity Africa Training Institute. With expertise in climate investment, grant management, and programme implementation, Elly has experience supporting climate-smart enterprises across East Africa in sectors including sustainable agriculture, circular economy and waste management, renewable energy, and nature-based solutions.
