Gagandeep Kaur

Gagandeep Kaur is the Head of Programs at PxD. She holds a BA Honors in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from FORE School of Management, Delhi. After 17 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, both in India and overseas, she chose to shift to the development sector and has worked in the education space for close to 8 years where she was an integral member of the leadership team, working on setting direction, translating mission into operating plans, and managing all functions related to monitoring & research and evidence building for programs. She is passionate about mentoring smaller nonprofits and building their capacity.
