Heiner Baumann

Heiner is a Co-Founder and served as Managing Director of PxD until the end of 2023. He is currently focused on building the Climate Action for Smallholders (CASH) Coalition. He has over twenty years of experience funding, managing and supporting high growth social change organizations focused on sustainable agriculture, clean energy, community health, education, and conservation in East Africa, South Asia and Latin America. After five years with McKinsey & Co., Heiner held various leadership roles with New Profit, Inc., the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation and the Barr Foundation.
