Lwam Araya is a Senior Operations Associate. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Business Management. Prior to joining PxD, Lwam worked in senior HR and operations roles at Palladium International LLC, USAID CATALYZE project and other international companies, where she led recruitment, compliance, and organizational systems across donor-funded projects and international NGOs.
