Nitsuh Mengist

Nitsuh Mengist is a Senior Research Associate at PxD. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Siena, Italy, an MSc in Economic Policy Analysis from Addis Ababa University, and a BA in Economics from Addis Ababa University. Her research focuses on the adoption of agricultural technology, energy poverty, social protection, and the integration of refugees into host communities. Before joining PxD, Nitsuh worked as a consultant for the World Bank under the WBG-Africa Fellowship Program and as a lecturer in Economics at Wolkite University, Ethiopia.
