Profile
Shubham Mudgil is a Senior Program Associate at Precision Development (PxD). Prior to this, he worked as a Public Policy Analyst at The Quantum Hub (TQH), a leading policy and research consulting firm based in New Delhi, where he focused on internet governance, telecom regulation, digital competition, and public health. He began his policy career as a Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow, supporting Union Minister Mr. Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu between 2021 and 2022. Shubham holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi and is committed to strengthening state capacity and advancing inclusive development.
