PxD is governed by a Board of Directors, which meets formally three times a year to provide strategic direction and oversight. Past board members include co-founders Michael Kremer, Shawn Cole, Dan Björkegren and Heiner Baumann, whose vision continues to shape PxD’s work today.

Our Advisory Group complements the Board’s leadership by sharing insights, strategic guidance, connections, and fresh ideas that help us reach more farmers, more effectively. We’re deeply grateful to our Advisory Group members for their generous contributions of time, expertise, and dedication to PxD’s mission.
